Provenance: The original plastic zip lock bags are still retained
The original labeled white ‘Jiffy Bag’ and outer Flight Logistics plastic bag accompany the works. Both of these include the GDP Winners Name and Address, with the Waybill from GDP/Flight Logistics still being affixed to the outer bag.
The Flight Logistics Docket/Job Reference form has been retained, this states the Customer Address from Pest Control Office Ltd and displays the shipment's unique Reference Number
Accompanied by the original ‘Balloon Tee’ Grey Tag which bears the unique Item Code, the unique Item Code matches that stated on the White Label affixed to the ‘Jiffy Bag’. The Vendor of the Tee is the third owner of the work and was acquired from the GDP Lottery Winner and then via Tate Ward in March 2021
