Ben Eine has established a vibrant street art practice characterized by elaborate and colorful typography. His artistic style and diverse letterforms have evolved over many years of tagging the streets of his hometown, London. Throughout his career, he has undertaken projects such as “Alphabet Street” and “Alphabet City 2.0,” where he embellishes shop shutters in the East End with individual letters. In addition to these projects, Eine has created murals featuring complete words like “exciting” and “scary.” Although his primary focus is on public art, he has also showcased his work in cities including New York, London, and Los Angeles, with pieces included in the collection of the Victoria and Albert Museum. Furthermore, he has partnered with Berlin’s Urban Nation Street Art Museum for a temporary public art initiative. In 2018, Eine launched his own fashion brand, Eine London.
