Charles Uzzell-Edwards, known as Pure Evil, is a UK artist creating vibrant prints and street art influenced by pop culture. His work features stenciled and spray-painted figures inspired by American icons like the Statue of Liberty and subjects popularized by Andy Warhol, such as Marilyn Monroe and Elvis Presley. A notable aspect of his portraits is a signature paint splotch resembling a tear beneath the subject's eye. Growing up in an artistic family, he studied fashion and graphics before transitioning to street art in California. Pure Evil has exhibited in cities like New York, Los Angeles, London, and Paris, and runs Pure Evil Gallery in London.
