Genieve Figgis creates vibrant oil and acrylic paintings that blend traditional art styles with a macabre humor. While her landscapes, still lifes, and odalisques initially appear luxurious, her bold brushstrokes and ghostly figures introduce a sinister, satirical twist. Figgis holds an MFA from the National College of Art and Design in Dublin and has exhibited in major cities worldwide. Her work is part of notable collections and has achieved six-figure prices in the secondary market.
