From the Gallery Manager of an art gallery, the Office Manager of an online art trading platform, to my role as Client & Artist Relations Manager at Tate Ward, I have 8+ years experience of working with artists, art institutions, art sales and client liaison.
After securing a BA in Fine Art from the Manchester School of Art in 2017, I began my art career by interning at the Camden Arts Centre as a Gallery Assistant before becoming the Gallery Manager of two independent art galleries in Shoreditch, whereby we worked with many emerging artists looking to showcase their work to a larger audience, hosting themed two-week art exhibitions consecutively throughout the year as well as providing a space for artists to hold their own solo shows. Following this, I began working with an online art trading platform in which we worked with artists and institutions worldwide such as the Pompidou in Paris, MMOMA in Russia and the Swiss Institute in New York, creating artworks to be shown in these spaces as well as using blockchain technology to trade art privately and through institutions worldwide making art accessible for all.
My role at Tate Ward includes but is not limited to; heading the Artist Collaboration department. I focus on creating relationships with artists and work with them directly to consign their artwork to auction.
